Wake up and smell the roses people, I have got a lot to tell you! As you know I am extremely behind on my blog entries so I need to go way back here.
As I sit in my favorite tree and ponder the mysteries of life, it seems like yesterday that young Nate Hooper came into the Ford / Wagner household. We knew we liked him from the start because he was a redsox fan and because he was a teacher. Somehow, we grew to love him more when he would sit down for some "man" time in the kitchen with Gramps for wine and cheese. But the real clincher was when Mom told me that he loved lacrosse - we then knew he was destined to be part of the family!
I was so excited to get the news about the engagement that my moms brought me down to look for new bags for the big event, then I found out it is not until next year, but it was really nice of them to take me shopping anyway . Aunt Caroline, if you are reading this, know that I am really good at walking a straight line, I look good in the color pink, and you can trust me to hold onto valuable stuff like wedding rings (hint, hint....I make either a great brides maid and/or ring barer).
Oh, and I promise not to eat any of the petals or rice when they are thrown out so as not to puke on your dress or anything.
Pinky swear.
