Anyway, I think my mom was madder than I was. I just wanted to see more lizards - those things are quick! I shook it off quickly. We came home and mom made me an egg which should have been the first sign she was feeling guilty about something... Napping as usual and then we went to the mall. A hike, the mall AND an egg? It didn't click until too late...I saw my bed and my things all together and I knew...today was the day. They were leaving me for Uncle Colman and Aunt Katie. (I mean, who can blame them. I would leave them for those two...hint hint)
Once I figured it out I knew it was inevitable. So I pouted in the back of the car until my mom put me on her lap and drove carefully while I got in her way and made her realize that she really should have left me in my bag. Sucker. We got to Aunt Liz's and I was greeted by about ten ladies all shouting my name. Attention? Por moi? Yes please! As an added guilt-present from my mom, I got a brand new bone which, as you can see, I really got to working on. I figured out I could get some great chewing leverage if I stand on the edge of my bed.
So I'm going to make the most of this lavish home I'm in for the next week. FIVE rooms instead of the small 3 I have at home, and a backyard with a couch for me to hang out on there too. I'm ready for this little getaway. Even if I"ll miss my moms a little, I know I'll have a good time.
Love and Licks, and have so much fun getting married you two!!!
